Recommenders
Thank you for helping students navigate through the process of applying to and paying for college! We value the recommendations you share about your students.
All recommenders should receive an email recommendation request from the applicant, with a link to this page. Please complete the form and upload any appropriate documents by April 15, 2016. Below is information about the recommendations we require for new applicants and helpful links for all Recommenders.
Recommender form for download and completion (PDF)
New Applicant – current high school senior
To be completed by Guidance Counselor:
- High School Guidance Counselor Form (with items to upload below)
- High School transcript
- Letter of Recommendation (one used for college admission is fine)
- High School Profile, if available
To be completed by a Recommender (an adult who knows the applicant well, but is not a relative or Guidance Counselor, such as a teacher, community service advisor, religious leader, coach or employer):
- Recommender Form and/or letter of recommendation
New Applicant – current college student
To be completed by College Professor, Teaching Assistant, or Academic Advisor:
- College Recommendation Form
To be completed by a Recommender (an adult who knows the applicant well, but is not a relative or Guidance Counselor, such as a teacher, community service advisor, religious leader, coach or employer.)
- Recommender Form and/or letter of recommendation
